BHU has an International Students Centre.
BHU organizes various cultural events which are also attended by various foreign troupes.
The University Sports Board is an inherent part of the BHU. It organizes various inter and intra-university sports meets. It is responsible for a myriad of sporting activities like boxing, gymnastics, wrestling, cricket, football, badminton, swimming etc.
Training and coaching of athletes is undertaken in four complexes - the Amphitheatre Ground, Shivaji Hall, J.K. Badminton Hall and a Swimming Pool.
